The Problem
If you've got dark, unbleached hair, you've probably bought a semi-permanent red before — and watched it disappear indoors. Semi-permanent dyes only really show up in direct sunlight on dark hair. Not because you did it wrong. Because they were never built to lift dark hair without bleach. That's been our gap too.

Every oxidative red on the market fades faster than other tones — it's just how the chemistry works. Red Flag goes vivid true red on day one, then settles into a rich reddish copper-brown by around week two. Most brands don't tell you that upfront.
