Where can I check the status of my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. It would take 1-2 business days to process and ship your order for standard shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Kindly check your spam folder for the order tracking email. Feel free to reach out to us on any of our support channels to check on your order.

I entered the wrong/incomplete address, what should I do?

How do I qualify for free shipping?

All orders over $50 SGD qualify for free local (Singapore) shipping. 

Where does Qwerky Colour ship to?

Qwerky Colour ships within Singapore and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout when you key in your address.

Where do you ship from?

We ship our orders from Singapore.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

It takes us 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Local shipping can take 2-5 business days and International Shipping can take 7-30 days. Delays may occur due to extreme weather and unforeseen circumstances.

Returns, Exchanges, Incorrect Shipments

What is your return policy?

We have a no return policy. All sales are final.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to help alter your order to something of equal or higher value (no refunds will be provided for a lowered value order after editing.) This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the shipping method. No alterations are allowed after shipping. If you need to update your address or cancel an order, email hello@qwerkycolour.com with your Order Number. Our customer service team will do their best to stop the order, however, this is not guaranteed.

I received damaged/incorrect/missing items.

Please email us at hello@qwerkycolour.com with your order number in the subject line and a picture of the incorrect or damaged items and we will send you the correct products as soon as possible. Or if its convenient you can drop by our physical store to make the changes.

Where are Qwerky Colour products made?

Our products are manufactured in China.

When do Qwerky Colour products expire?

Expiry dates are printed directly on our products. Please make sure the products are stored properly in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Is Qwerky Colour cruelty free?

Yes, all of Qwerky Colour’s products are cruelty free.

Where do I go to find out what is the best product for me?

What hair types is Qwerky Colour suitable for?

Qwerky Colour is suitable for all hair types from normal, dry, oily and sensitive scalp. But we understand that everyone’s hair is different and we encourage you to do a strand test before applying the dye on your whole head to ensure that there are no adverse reactions and the colour meets your needs. To do a strand test, simply apply a small amount of dye on a small section of hair. If any discomfort occurs, please stop using the product and contact a medical professional if any serious complications occur. If you have any questions, please contact us on any of our support channels.

Where can I find Qwerky Colour products?

You can buy Qwerky Colour products online from our website, Shopee Singapore and TikTok Shop Singapore.

Alternatively, buy our products in store at Qwerky's Beauty Mart located at Peninsula Shopping Centre, 04-12A, S(179804).

Do your dyes contain ammonia, alcohol or peroxides?

Our dyes are free from harsh chemicals such as ammonia, alcohol and peroxides. If you are concerned about the Cetearyl Alcohol and Benzyl Alcohol present in our dyes, they work differently from the other harmful alcohols that dry out your hair. 

Are Qwerky Colour dyes fragrance free?

Qwerky Colour dyes contain fragrance.
