ORDERS

Where can I check the status of my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. It would take 3-4 business days to process and ship your order for standard shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can also check the status of your order through your account login.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
All orders over $40 SGD qualify for free local (Singapore) shipping. 

Where does Qwerky Colour ship to?
Qwerky Colour ships within Singapore and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

Where do you ship from?
We ship our orders from Singapore.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
It takes us 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Local shipping can take 2-5 days and International Shipping can take 7-30 days. Delays may occur due to COVID and extreme weather.


RETURNS, INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

What is your return policy?
We have a no return policy. All sales are final.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Qwerky Colour cannot alter an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the shipping method. If you need to update your address or cancel an order, email hello@qwerkycolour.com with your Order Number. Our customer service team will do their best to stop the order, however, this is not guaranteed.

I received damaged or incorrect items.
Please email us at hello@qwerkycolour.com with your order number in the subject line and a picture of the incorrect or damaged items and we will send you the correct products as soon as possible!

Where are Qwerky Colour products made?
Our products are manufactured in China.

When do Qwerky Colour products expire?
3 years from manufacturing date. Please make sure the products are stored properly in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Is Qwerky Colour cruelty free?
Yes, all of Qwerky Colour’s products are cruelty free.

Where do I go to find out what is the best product for me?

What hair types is Qwerky Colour suitable for?
Qwerky Colour is suitable for all hair types from Normal, Dry, Oily and Sensitive Scalp. But we understand that everyone’s hair is different and we encourage you to do a strand test before applying the dye on your whole head to ensure that there are no adverse reactions and the colour meets your needs. To do a strand test, simply apply a small amount of dye on a small section of hair. If any discomfort occurs, please stop using the product and contact a medical professional if any serious complications occur. If you have any questions, please email hello@qwerkycolour.com.

INGREDIENTS

Does Qwerky Colour have ammonia, alcohol or peroxides in the dyes?
Our dyes are free from harsh chemicals such as ammonia, alcohol and peroxides. If you are concerned about the 
Cetearyl Alcohol and Benzyl Alcohol present in our dyes, they work differently from the other harmful alcohols that dry out your hair. 

Are Qwerky Colour dyes fragrance free?
Nope, Qwerky Colour dyes contain fragrance.
