Refund policy


Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@qwerkycolour.com. If your return request is accepted, you can ship the item back to us and a refund will be provided after we received the items in good condition. You can also drop by our offline store to make the return. 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
If you would like to raise a refund request, kindly email us at hello@qwerkycolour.com. If your request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Please note that Qwerky Colour reserves the right to refuse all returns, exchanges or refunds. Each request will be assessed on a case by case basis.
