YOUR RESULTS:

Bright Coloured Babe

Here for bold, vibrant colour? Bleach is the move. Lightening your hair first takes these shades from cute to can’t-miss.

WITH THE PERFECT CANVAS, WHAT COLOUR ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

VIBRANT POPS OF COLOUR

With a lighter base, the fun really starts. Bleaching your hair with Butter Bleach opens up the full Qwerky colour spectrum — from bold, vibrant shades to soft pastels and cool ash tones. A light base gives the pigment the contrast it needs to show up true, bright, and even indoors.

Qwerky’s dyes are formulated to look their best on level 8 hair, where colour payoff is the most vibrant and predictable. Refer to the product images and shade charts for more details on how each colour looks and how long it lasts.

★ PRO TIP: Add BLACKFOREST to darken your dye mixture or use SUCK IT UP MASK as your base and add the dyes to that for a pastel colour.

How do I use your products?

Bleaching first? Start with Butter Bleach. Mix the bleaching cream and developer in a 1:1 ratio, then apply to the areas you want to lighten. Leave it on until you reach your desired level of lightness, checking the hair regularly to make sure it stays healthy. Rinse thoroughly once you’re done. If you’re dyeing right after, skip conditioner.

Apply Qwerky dyes on clean, dry hair. Leave on for 30–60 minutes, then rinse off. For step-by-step guidance and timing tips, refer to our instructions page.

How many tubs should I get?
  • Above shoulders: 1 x 200ml Tubs / 1 set of Bleach
  • Shoulders to mid back: 2 × 200ml Tubs / 2 sets of Bleach
  • Waist: 3 x 200ml Tubs / 3 sets of Bleach

Pro tip: Get an extra tub if your hair is thick. Any excess dyes can be kept for future use anyway.

  • First-timers: Try the 100ml size to test the colour before committing to a bigger tub
What colour will my hair fade to?

Since our dyes don’t contain any lightening agents, your hair will gradually fade back to its original base colour. Do refer to individual product images for more information regarding the fading process.

Will my hair be very dry after bleaching / dyeing?

Bleaching may make your hair feel a little drier but Qwerky's Butter Bleach already combats that by adding a ton of nourishing oils to minimise bleach damage. As for the dyes don’t damage your hair at all. Think of them as a hair mask that also happens to give you colour. They hydrate your hair as you dye it, so it feels super smooth after. No harsh stuff here — no ammonia, alcohol, or peroxide, plus it’s plant-based.

How often can I touch up the colour?

As often as you want, honestly. Since our dyes are non-damaging, touching up is totally fine.
Just one thing — if you’re changing colours drastically (like red to green), let the old colour fade first so things don’t get weird.
Same colour touch-ups though? Go nuts.

How do I make the colour last longer?

Use Suck It Up Colour Locking Hair Mask and finish with What The Frizz Hair Oil. Try to avoid anti-dandruff or clarifying shampoos, and skip the hot water — heat makes colour fade quicker.
